MCSA Mini Camp 2021

The Paarl/Wellington section is proud to host the national MCSA Mini Camp for 2021 from 4-10 October.

An exciting programme includes hikes in the Limietberg suitable for all ages, as well as opportunities for rock climbing, mountain biking and trail running in the greater Paarl/Wellington area.

Photographers will enjoy the incredible scenery, abundant bird life and beautiful Cape floral kingdom.

The camp will be based at Hawequas Scout Adventure Center, situated just outside Wellington, and we also look forward to hosting members at the Kromriver Hut.

Accommodation includes camping at Hawequas, dormitory style bunk beds and wild camping. There will also be opportunity to overnight at Krom Hut.

The Camp starts on Monday 4 October with a Cheese & Wine opening function and will close on Saturday night 9 October with our Annual Dinner. Hikes take place during the day, with camp fires each night.
